I love the game but have deleted it because I have the exact same issues everyone else writes about. To all players writing a review, you will NEVER see changes unless you start rating the game BASED ON YOUR ACTUAL complaints. To complain AND give 4 or 5 star ratings, I am sure the developer is laughing all the way to the bank. Here is what you need to do: 1. Love the game, but lower your ratings to two or three stars so that the developer is actually hurt by the reviews and is spurred to make changes. 2. When I spend actual money on a REAL chair, paid in full, it is mine. I buy a fake plant or a fake chair with real money and it is taken away after one usage. You get my point. Greed. I have the same complaints as everyone else. I have the sense to give the game 1 to 3 stars ratings. And To delete the app. Now I give the people rating the game 1 star for being so foolish for complaining and still rating it 4 or 5 stars. MOST PEOPLE DO NOT READ LONG REVIEWS. THEY DOWNLOAD AN APP BASED ON THE STAR RATINGS. STOP RATING THIS GAME 4 or 5 Stars so developer makes changes or stop complaining and just delete the game.

My husband gifted the $100 on the 180k diamonds and played the way i was supposed too, it lasted 30 days... including the 500 they give you daily that’s a total of 195k diamonds.... it’s addictive but not with it.... sad cuz it’s a fun game

This app would be really fun but they set you up to fail. You MIGHT win once with the 5 lives they give you but it’s never enough to complete anything. Then you have to wait 30 minutes to win once more and lose all your lives. It’s ridiculous when the games has to shuffle multiple times which means it’s not giving a good selection to win; hence they want you to fail and maybe pay money to continue. If you pay money to play this game you should really go talk to someone! Seriously!

  • Beyond terrible service

The game did not give me prize for completing the event so I contacted customer service. It takes weeks to get an answer then they claimed I had not finished the event and closed the conversation not allowing me to even show them proof. This happened 3 frickin times. The previous time I contacted them it took over 6 weeks to get a form letter response and no help and closed the conversation. Deleting the app. The mild amusement it provides is not worth the annoyance of glitches and truly terrible customer “support”.

Pros; Items and challenges all look very nice and there are a lot of different pieces to choose from. It’s also fun to see what other people come up with and how your design gets rated. Cons; Started to play this app and gameplay quickly came to a stop. The game has 2 different currencies $ and diamonds. You receive a daily amount of diamonds but the only way to get cash is by participating in challenges and its $500 only. Diamonds are much easier to get by watching videos or participating in promos etc.... This would not be an issue necessarily however items in the game store are very expensive mostly in the $1000 bracket and above. I have seen very few items that are below that amount with maybe only one or two items per category especially the one needed for the challenge. You will spend your in game currency very quickly but can only replenish the diamonds easily and most of the in store items leans towards cash. This would not be a problem if you want to spend a lot of real money buying resources. To meet the challenges you almost always have to “purchase” new items and you don’t get the cash unless you complete and submit the design challenge. Adding to this problem and probably the biggest problem to the game so far is that you get varying amounts of “usage” for an item and it does not permanently remain in your inventory. This is an issue because an item you used and purchased for say $3468 or diamonds has 4 uses and then its completely gone and your earning income never exceeds expenditures. This also happens to the items that you earn as prizes for the challenges, and for getting to the next level, and limited time items(think holidays, special occasions etc.)What’s the point? You can submit designs and get good ideas but there’s no reason to build up an inventory and its gone in maybe 2-3 challenges if your lucky. (A set of 4 chairs counts as four uses) As a suggestion for the developers they could add some cheaper items to help balance out the money issues and if you reallly don’t plan on making inventory items permanent you could at the very least give us a way to “favorite” items that designers/players like to use a lot so we don’t have to go back through all the items to find the one we want. I would also highly suggest a way to filter items based on price and by game currency. One final suggestion I have is to be able to select different colors for the items. I really like some of the items shape, size, style but the color is not the one I want. Maybe this could be a way to change the inventory system a little by providing access to a base color and item that could be permanently in your inventory and then allowing players to purchase additional color options. To conclude if you are okay with paying lots of real money to play the game you will enjoy a much longer gameplay time and those who are not this is a game to play every now and then.
