  • Paid features don’t actually work.

    By DannyGGGT
You can pay to be able to communicate with people through their linked social media accounts. But not a single one actually works: FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, all take you to error message pages. Contact customer service and no one responds. They responded when I had trouble verifying when I signed up, so they do hear you through the tech support link. But they choose not to respond when it’s about features that find work.

A friend told me about this app, i got like 100 messages instantly, all scams, I realized there’s not even one legit posting. Waste of time and money!
  • Nice Scam

Great app for ‘looking’ at available rentals in your area. Plenty of messages from realtors coming in everyday. But you want to message someone or view your messages? You have to pay 7.99. Ok fine, I get it. Everyone needs a way to earn their money at the end of the day. But per week? Thats a scam.
  • Do Not Waste Your Money

    By Coopee96
I downloaded this app with the intent of finding a room in a certain radius of Houston, Texas. I had no problem purchasing the weekly subscription as I get it, their a business they need to make revenue. But I what I don’t understand is why I keep getting “Matches”, messages, and notifications from listings WAY out of my area, preference and even gender. Then you get messages from listers saying “we have a room but you have to be female”. The app straight up ignores everything you put down and just sends you a mix of whatever they have available. For $10 a week they should be finding the perfect matches but they don’t and it’s really misleading and dishonest.
  • They simply don’t deliver

    Avoid this app
  • Bad support team - fake profiles

    By thinkmorespeakless
There are many fake profiles and Roomaster hasn’t any policy to control them. Support team isn’t responsible. And don’t attention to customer needs or ask. They just automatically charge you credit card for Nothing!!!
  • Mad Scammage

    By goynrogue
Went to an address to view & the “supposed homeowner” wasn’t there. Found a real listing for the property & spoke to the real owner. They knew nothing about appointment, and price was way different on their ad. Scammer text back asking for deposit thru Cash App. Sent them a D pic instead.
  • A huge scam

I came across the app when searching for an apartment/rent. I am a masters program and seek thru Craigslist directly to Roomster as you’re gonna get catfished by them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
