    You can do vipassana alone or even find YouTube videos of guided insight meditation. What Sam does here is provide a developing series of short meditations, they take you deeper every time and provide tools to help you realize impermanence in a waking life. Not only that, but the app provides lessons to give you a clearer understanding of the purpose of these meditations. I recommend this to you if restlessness and anxiety drive your overall emotional state, or not. Insight is a wisdom all will find value in.
