I have purchased a few fitness programs in the past... NONE come even close to comparing to the quality of this app. Not only does it offer you full access to all of her fitness plans, it also shows you videos of each exercise as you move along (which are GREAT for watching as you’re following each workout), but also offers free meal plans and even grocery lists! It truly is the easiest, most organized and unique app I have used thus far. For $70 something bucks A YEAR, I really don’t understand the bad reviews on this. Well worth double, if not triple that price. Really impressed by the quality and thought that was put into this.

I purchased a yearly subscription, as I had an apple gift card. I was hoping for more variety in the exercise programs. There's 1 full body gym program (8 weeks) and 3 booty programs (8 weeks) right now. I was repeating the same exercises each week from week 1-4 and repeating a different set of the same exercises week 5-8. I hope in the near future there will be more exercises in the full body portion (extend to 12 weeks?) or a V2 of full body.

I love Tammy! So I wanted to try her app for the workouts. I found it expensive if you don’t intend to use the meal planner. I don’t want to use the meal planner so it felt expensive just for the workouts. I also was disappointed that the workouts didn’t have any suggestions around how much weight to use. I’ll look for an app more focused on just exercise. Overall thankful for the free trial but I can’t see this working for me long term.
  • This app is already impressing me. Many thanks

I’m so excited about this. I am more than skeptical about fitness apps, but this was a pleasant surprise. Workouts per day and meal plans?! Not only that, but geared towards your goals, with a grocery list and recipes included. I’ve never seen an app like this. And a water tracker. I will gladly spend the money. I don’t even doubt the results because, I mean, have you seen Tammy? Also, pro-tip, look at her Instagram to see which protein powder she uses to figure out which one to buy. That’s what I did 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I can’t believe the difference I’m seeing. Not only is it super easy to meal plan because it’s all right there for you, but the workouts are killer and super effective. Way cheaper and easier than using a personal trainer.
  • Absolutely amazing!

This app has changed my life!! It keeps me on track all at all times! With the grocery lists, and giving me everything I should be eating during the day including snacks, I don’t have to do any thinking about healthy meals or workouts! You cannot beat the price for everything this app has to offer. The workouts are amazing. This app gives you everything you need right at your finger tips to have the body of your dreams. All you have to do is use it! I absolutely love it!!
  • Not worth it, overpriced

I don’t know why Tammy wants to make money off of everything she shares with people. There is many free apps with a better training programs which people can use. Then, why would you say it’s free when it is not? So disappointed :(

I was using it for a week or two, then I uninstalled the app, but the app continued to charge me without my permission after I unsubscribed. Totally not cool.
