    I purchased the complete app to unlock all the sections. It’s a great app. Like this better than other tracking apps. It even gives you the ability to take a picture and add it to your meals.

    I love this app. It is so easy to look up any food or just scan a barcode to track your calories. I did the premium version so I could input the next day’s calories and also enter my own recipes to get calorie count. You can also see your macros and sodium and track your weight. I have it linked to my fit bit for even more accurate info on my calorie burn from exercise. It also logs previous meals so you can easily add on the same meal for a new day and make tweaks if needed.

    If you are serious about losing weight AND learning how to eat healthy, this is the app. Yes, it does take more time than any point based system but by using it consistently, it shows you how you are eating and what corrections need to be made to permanently change the way you eat. I can not recommend it more highly.

    The Lose It app has really helped me stay on track! I was never one to log what I ate but this app makes it so easy and it really keeps me conscious of what goes in my body. I upgraded to the premium and so glad I did! So much information and helpful hints and guides. It’s well worth the yearly fee. 😊👍

    Tried to cancel my “monthly” subscription, but it’s a FULL YEAR commitment, so even though I’m not using it, I’m still getting charged for it for a full year. Cancel anytime...but you still have to pay $30 for the full year. SCAM...I’m not one to write reviews but this was so misleading....beware.

    Don’t do the seven day trial if you plan to use 25 percent off. It gets rid of the discount and they can’t put it back. Like the app though.
