    I’ve been using Strong for a year now and find the app intuitive and easy to navigate. The recent update has made many positive changes. The ability to transfer workout data to a different exercise is an awesome feature when you have mislabeled a an exercise. You get positive reinforcement when you reach a new PR, a very nice touch that helps keep you pushing even harder. If you are contemplating a workout app look no further, you have found it! Stay strong.

    This app is great. I use to keep notes on weight and reps, This does that for me plus it will show what your max should be based upon your rep and weights. Shows your total amount of weight you lifted. It definitely got my deadlift close to 600 By good programming and cutting waisted time trying to find my last workout in note books. If you track your workouts and routines, I highly recommend this Train insane or remain the same
