Smoke Free - Quit Smoking Now App Details

This is the stop smoking app that science built. Over 20 different, evidence-based, techniques to help you become - and stay - smoke free. See how much money you've saved, how many cigarettes you've not smoked, how long you’ve been smoke free, how much life you've regained and how your health is improving. Log your cravings, get tips on dealing with them, use the map to see where they congregate, the notes to see what patterns can be identified and the graph to see how they're decreasing. All this is free to use and entirely free of ads. If you need extra help giving up smoking our missions could be just what you need, as they’ve been proven to double your chances of quitting. No other app can promise you this. We proved the missions worked by performing a rigorous scientific experiment. As far as we know, this is the first ever randomised control trial run entirely within an app. Its success means we want to run many more and our goal is to constantly make our app more effective This is all entirely voluntary and you can download the app without taking part in the experiment. Your data will be kept anonymous and you can delete it at any time. But we really hope you do take part because everyone who does will help the quitters who follow. So do yourself a favour by quitting smoking. And do your fellow smokers a favour by helping them understand how it’s done. Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable. I honestly never thought I could quit smoking and I am the type of person where small things matter so ever hour I have smoke it’s a great feeling I am up to over 6 months now and this app makes me remember how much effort I put in to quitting and how long it’s been not smoking and how much money I save I love this app
  • Only 3 days in

    By Nab5150
It’s only been 3 days but the app has helped me so far. I will continue to use this app until I no longer have any cravings to smoke, and probably even after that to ensure I don’t go back.
  • So far so good

    By natedaub
Paid for the pro and definitely has been worth the money saved from not smoking. Has only been a week but is fun to check your progress with money saved and health statistics.
  • Awesome app!

    By F!r3B!tch
The only app I’ve found that factors in how much you’ve spent on ecigs separately from other nicotine replacements.
  • I smoked 17yrs & quit cold turkey

    By LoMarks27
This helped me tremendously! I recommend it 100%. My posts I put up on Facebook from this app during my journey has inspired even others to quit. This app is definitely worth the $5 it cost to download. If you really want to stop smoking this is the app!
  • Five years and not a single smoke

    By Veritasnhollyweird
Love this app. While it directly didn’t help me quit - e-cigs did and I totally believe in them - this app has been a massive motivator to not smoke again. I get to keep track of how many days I haven’t smoked, all the health benefits and also all the money! So much money saved. Anyway, this is the best smoking app out there.
  • Counter useful

    By yoyomomojo
I found looking at the counter for how long you are smoke free very useful. Wanting to keep the time going and not going back to zero was an encouraging tool.
  • Accountability

    By FalconAZ
I paid for this app. It helps me to stay accountable to myself. The badges for milestones are shareable and the health improvements are great to look at. Also, you can add to the widgets and see how much money you’ve saved and how long you’ve been smoke free. Additional: I discovered the Quit Coach section. It’s an AI type program to help coach you through quitting. But it doesn’t work without data.
